About
As I was learning about C# and ASP.NET, and the .NET framework in general, I found myself doing an awful lot of Google searches. Most of the time, I was looking for tutorials or code examples (learning LINQ comes to mind here). Other times, I was searching the full text of an Exception that I was receiving so I could find out what was causing it and how I could resolve it. This lead me to some great resources, including MSDN and asp.net. However, there was still no central repository of information I could use to further myself as a software developer, let alone a practitioner using ASP.NET.
I think nowadays its pretty common to learn about programming languages and tools through the internet rather than through formal literature. Thus, I have created this site. I will provide tutorials, code examples, and articles regarding software development (mostly, but not completely, centered around ASP.NET and C#). The goal here is for both you and I to learn. While it is currently most like a living, evolving instructional book, I'd like you to treat it as a place to connect with other developers with similar interests and discuss your challenges & successes.
